Cancellation Policy

Go Self Drive will refund you in full (minus any card transaction fee) if you cancel a booking 24 hours or more before the planned collection/start date of the hire

If you cancel within 24 hours of the planned collection/start date we will charge you a cancellation fee of £25

If you do not arrive to collect your pre paid vehicle (no show)

If you do not arrive to collect your vehicle at the time specified in the Reservation confirmation, and you do not let goselfdrive know that you are cancelling your hire as above, goselfdrive may charge your credit or debit card in accordance with the agreement made at the time of confirmation, subject to a maximum amount equal to the value of the hire.
